I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street which provided a homely atmosphere, yet still centrally located in the bustling city center. The spacious rooms were incredibly comfortable, with the comfiest beds I've ever slept on, and the shower was fantastic. The air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature, and I appreciated the in-room amenities such as the mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

Great breakfast and a stunning view from the balcony. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, with plenty of nearby attractions to visit. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was quite small and cramped. The bathroom barely had any space to move around, and the bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. Furthermore, the noise from the street outside kept us up at night, which was not ideal for a relaxing and romantic getaway. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was decent, but most importantly, the coffee was great - I had three cups every morning! the location was pretty good too, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.
The staff were unprofessional, and there was no real customer service to speak of. They were often unhelpful and impolite, which really detracted from the overall experience.
